Justin is the Lead Pastor of Redeemer Church, where he brings an expository teaching style that combines his deep theological training with a heart for people. He has served churches in the Cary/Apex area since 2005, and holds a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Religious Education from Liberty University. Together with his wife Megan and their son Silas, they share a genuine love for the church and ministry. Justin is especially passionate about helping people come to know Jesus and equipping them to join God in his mission. Outside of church life, you’ll find him exploring National Parks with his family, cheering on the Boston Red Sox, coaching Silas’s baseball team, reading, planning a road trip, or enjoying a really good cup of coffee.

Ben serves as the Associate Pastor of Redeemer Church. He and his wife, Ashley are raising two wonderful daughters, Audrey and Norah. Ben grew up in south Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University where he and Ashley met while serving in ministry together. While in college, the Lord grew Ben's passion for serving the church, and after graduating he moved to the Raleigh area to pursue a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ben loves walking alongside the people of God and getting to see them grow in love for Christ and conformity to His image. Ben enjoys trail running, the mountains, LSU sports, the Atlanta Braves, and taking in minor league baseball games with his family.

Daniel is Worship Pastor and Student Pastor of Redeemer Church. He serves his church wholeheartely with his wife, Lauren, and their two amazing kids, Livy and Tuck. Daniel grew up in northeast Mississippi and fell in love with Jesus while in college at Mississippi State, and knew he wanted to combine his love of music with his love for the Lord. After graduating, Daniel and Lauren moved to North Carolina where he earned his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Daniel loves teaching people how to follow Jesus in every moment of every day. He enjoys his children, being outside, writing songs, The Lord of the Rings, and Legos. Lee is the Ministry Associate for Redeemer Church. She administers and communicates with a deep love and care for the congregation of Redeemer on all things including meetings, activities, events, ministries, community groups, nursery and children's activities, church business, and facilities. Lee works alongside the Children's Ministry Director on RDMR Kids programming, with a passion for seeing kids gain an understanding of the truths of God and growting together in the Lord with their families. God called Lee to Himself while she was attending Meredith College, where she graduated with a degree in Biology. Lee grew up in Lumberton, NC, and now enjoys the Pittsboro life with her husband Bart and son Dylan. She loves animals, mystery novels, and spending time with family.

Georgianna is Redeemer's Kid’s Ministry Director. She married her high school sweetheart, Chris, and together they are raising their three boys Colin, Cam, and Conley. Georgianna grew up in the Apex/Cary area, first a cougar at Apex High School, then a Tar Heel at UNC-Chapel Hill, graduating with a degree in Biology and Nursing. Since 2007, she has actively served in nursery and toddler rooms, children's Sunday school, AWANA, and VBS. Georgianna enjoys leading Redeemer’s Kids Worship, and has a passion for helping children come to know and experience the love of Jesus. She loves spending time with her family, walking with her Goldendoodle, Cocoa, puzzles, sewing, ice cream, and game night. Learn more about RDMR Kids.
